This End User License Agreement (“Terms of Use”) is a legally binding contract between SalesLink Ltd, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus (“SalesLink”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), and the user (“You” or “User”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of the SalesLink website, web application, and any related software or services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using SalesLink, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. About SalesLink

SalesLink is a LinkedIn outreach and sales automation platform that helps users connect, engage, and communicate with prospects through personalised messaging and workflow automation tools.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

If you are using SalesLink on behalf of a business, organisation, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features, you must create a SalesLink account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or termination of your account.

4. Permitted Use

When using SalesLink, you agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws, including data protection, spam, or privacy regulations.

Use the Services to send unauthorised, unsolicited, or harassing communications.

Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, or misleading.

Attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or resell any part of the platform.

Circumvent security measures or access areas of the system without permission.

5. Services

SalesLink provides tools to automate and manage LinkedIn outreach and related sales workflows.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features at any time to improve functionality or ensure legal compliance.

Access to certain features may depend on your subscription plan or account type.

6. Third-Party Links

SalesLink may include links or integrations with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content, practices, or policies. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

7. Promotions and Offers

SalesLink may provide promotions, discounts, or trials at its discretion. Such offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice.

8. Communications

By using SalesLink, you agree to receive electronic communications from us (such as emails or in-app notifications). You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and materials associated with SalesLink are the exclusive property of SalesLink Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Services for lawful business purposes.
You may not use our brand, logos, or designs without written permission.

10. No Warranties

SalesLink and all related Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We make no guarantees or warranties regarding uptime, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SalesLink, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of the Services, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any material changes will be published on our website at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

15. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations to another entity as part of a merger, acquisition, or corporate restructuring.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.

17. Email Communication Policy
Opt-In Requirement

SalesLink must only be used to contact recipients who have given explicit and verifiable consent. Sending unsolicited or bulk commercial emails (“spam”) is strictly prohibited.

Compliance

All communications must comply with:

EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Cyprus Data Protection Law (Law 125(I)/2018)

EU ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC)

Google’s Email Sender Guidelines

Any other applicable anti-spam and marketing regulations

Each message must include a clear unsubscribe link and accurate sender information.
All emails must be transmitted securely (TLS/SSL) and authenticated using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC protocols.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of this policy. Users are solely responsible for any legal, regulatory, or financial consequences arising from non-compliance.

Ongoing Responsibility

You agree to maintain compliance configurations, including domain authentication and opt-out mechanisms, to ensure continued adherence to all EU and Cypriot data protection standards.

By accessing or using SalesLink, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, including Section 17.
