Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Overview
We follow a transparent and reliable refund policy to ensure customers feel confident in their experience with SalesLink. Please review the following terms carefully before purchasing or cancelling your subscription.
2. Account Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your account, please notify our support team at least 15 days before the end of your billing term (via chat or email).
Upon cancellation:
Your data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
Data deletion is final and irreversible, so please ensure you truly wish to cancel before proceeding.
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled in advance.
3. Upgrades & Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time.
However, no refunds will be issued for plan downgrades or mid-cycle cancellations.
When upgrading, the new plan rate will apply from your next billing cycle.
4. Mid-Term Cancellations
If you stop using our services before the end of your billing term, no partial refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
5. Service Modifications
SalesLink reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, without prior notice.
If a service is discontinued, users may receive a pro-rata refund for the remaining unused period at our discretion.
6. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity
SalesLink may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity — including but not limited to unauthorised access, reselling, or tampering with platform features.
Such accounts will not be eligible for refunds.
7. 15-Day No-Obligation Cancellation (New Customers Only)
We offer new users a 15-day no-obligation cancellation period beginning on the day of account activation.
During this period, you may cancel your account for any reason and receive a full refund.
This policy applies only to new customers and does not extend to:
Returning customers who previously had a paid subscription.
Customers renewing, reinstating, or upgrading existing accounts.
After the 15-day period, your selected paid plan will continue automatically according to your chosen billing frequency (monthly, semi-annual, or annual).
8. Billing & Renewals
All subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Once billed, fees are non-refundable.
Customers will receive a confirmation email when a subscription has been successfully cancelled.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial months, quarters, or years of service.
9. Taxes and Additional Charges
All fees are exclusive of VAT, taxes, or duties imposed by regulatory authorities. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.
SalesLink fees do not include internet, phone, or data transmission charges, which remain your responsibility. Currency conversion or exchange rate differences are determined by your payment provider.
10. Subscription Refusal or Termination
SalesLink reserves the right to refuse or cancel any subscription at its discretion.
If we decline a new or renewal subscription, you will be offered a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of your plan.
11. Policy Scope
This refund and cancellation policy applies to all SaaS services and subscription plans offered by SalesLink Ltd, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate service agreement.
By purchasing or using SalesLink services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
